Terms of Service

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply between Stillverk Studio ("we", "us") and the business that accepts a package proposal from us ("you"). Our services are offered to companies and other legal entities, not to consumers.

An agreement is formed when you accept a package proposal by entering your name and ticking the acceptance box on the proposal page. The proposal and these terms together form the agreement. If they conflict, the proposal applies.

2. What you get

The content of each package is stated in your proposal. Typical deliveries are enhanced photos, a short film tour, Reels clips, copy for websites and booking sites, guest messages, review replies, newsletters and campaign material.

We work from the photos and information you send us. We improve light, colour, sharpness and straight lines. We never add furniture, change rooms or make spaces look larger than they are.

Our production uses digital tools, including AI-based tools. Every delivery is reviewed by us before it is sent to you.

3. Delivery

One-off deliveries are made within 3 working days from when we have received all the material we need. For ongoing packages, delivery follows the schedule agreed in the proposal.

If the material you send is not good enough to deliver a good result, we will tell you and suggest what needs to be reshot.

4. Approval and revisions

You review every delivery before anything is published. If you are not happy, we adjust it until it is right within the scope of the package.

Nothing we produce is published by us on your channels without your approval.

5. Price and payment

The price is stated in your proposal, in the currency shown there. Prices are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.

You only pay once you have approved the delivery. For ongoing packages, payment is made monthly after each month's delivery has been approved.

Packages marked "quote" are priced in a separate written quote before any work starts.

6. Term and cancellation

One-off packages end when the delivery has been approved and paid.

Ongoing packages run month by month and can be cancelled by either party by email before the next month begins. There is no minimum term.

7. Rights to the material

Once paid, you may use the delivered material freely and without time limit on your website, booking sites (such as Booking.com and Airbnb), social media, in ads and in newsletters.

You confirm that you have the right to the photos and information you send us, and that we may process them to carry out the assignment.

We may show anonymised examples of our work only with your written permission.

8. The free sample photo

The free sample photo is free of charge and does not commit you to anything. You may use it as you wish.

9. Liability

We are responsible for carrying out the work with care and professional skill. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost bookings or lost profit. Our total liability under an agreement is limited to the amount you have paid under it.

We do not guarantee a particular number of bookings or reviews.

10. Personal data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you accepted your proposal applies to that agreement.

Swedish law applies. Disputes shall first be resolved through discussion and otherwise by a Swedish general court.
