Who is responsible

Stillverk Studio is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at stillverkstudio@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send the form: your name, email address, the name of your property, your website or Instagram (optional), your message (optional) and the photo you upload.

When you accept a proposal: the name you enter and the time of acceptance.

When you use the suggestion tool: the description and goal you type in. We do not store this text.

Technical data: your approximate country, based on your connection, which we use only to show the right language and currency. We do not use tracking cookies. We store one cookie that remembers your language choice.

Why we use it

To enhance your free sample photo, create and send your package proposal, carry out the agreement and contact you about it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request and, once you accept a proposal, performance of the agreement.

We never sell your data and never use it for marketing to others.

Who processes it

We use service providers to host the website and database, send email and run AI-based tools that help us write suggestions and edit images. They process data only on our behalf. Your photos are stored in private storage that only we can access.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to an agreement are kept for as long as needed to follow up on them, and deleted on request. Data linked to an agreement is kept for as long as the agreement runs and as required by accounting law afterwards.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to processing and to ask for a copy. Email us and we will respond within one month.

You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or the supervisory authority in your own country.
